CHALLENGE: A life sciences neurology marketing team was having difficulties with a new brand of injectable biologic, whose dosing and administration requirements weren’t sufficiently understood by HCPs.
SOLUTION: Plan 365 worked with the brand team to create a set of promotional education program tactics geared to HCPs, RNs, and caregivers. The programs involved RN speakers, in-office clinical 1:1s and chart review formats, and a patient outreach program designed to educate caregivers as well as the patients themselves.
RESULTS: Once integrated into the team’s speaker bureau platform, the programs were enthusiastically received by sales and marketing teams and the participants. After implementation of the new programs, the team was able to see measureable results in their brand education and adoption initiatives.
